Petdeals Pawsome Pack

• Petdeals reserves the right to change the Petdeals Pawsome Pack program, any benefits, and discounts available under the program. Petdeals may, but is not obliged to, communicate notice of such changes using methods including, but not limited to, notification on the website, by email, SMS or post.
• Any special promotions available to members via the Petdeals Pawsome Pack program, are subject to further terms and conditions which will be made available at the time of each offer and may vary from time to time.
• Each Petdeals Pawsome Pack Member consents and agrees to receive marketing information, offers and special discounts from Petdeals by email, SMS and post.
• Petdeals Pawsome Pack Member discounts apply to full-priced items sold by Petdeals and are not available in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise specified.
• Petdeals Points are non-transferable and have no cash or monetary value other than the credit order for which the Petdeals Points are translated into.
• When a Petdeals Pawsome Pack Member returns a product, the Petdeals Points previously accrued for that purchase will remain the same. However, the Petdeals Pawsome Pack Member will not earn any Petdeals Points on the value of credit order/Promotional Codes redeemed.
• A Petdeals Pawsome Pack Member will be awarded one point for every rupee spent on a qualifying product or service. Points expire 180 days after the date on which they were awarded.
• Petdeals Pawsome Pack points cannot be added retrospectively if a purchase was made by a member through a guest login.
• Where a customer is found to be abusing the system by referring oneself to him or herself, Petdeals reserves the right to cancel or disable any accounts and cancel any pending orders contained redeemed coupons through the fraudulent activity.  Petdeals will exercise it’s full discretion in such cases and any prepayments made by the customer would be refunded to the original source of payment less any payment gateway fees incurred by Petdeals. Petdeals also reserves the right to not provide any warning to such customers and intimate the customers via email regarding the cancelled orders.

Redeemable vouchers and promotional coupon codes

There may be promotions/campaigns running from time to time which include redeemable vouchers and promotional coupon codes (collectively referred to as Promotional Codes). These promotions are subject to further terms and conditions which will be made available at the time of each offer and may vary from time to time.

The issuance, amendment, and cancellation of any Promotional Code, whether in whole or in part, is at the sole discretion of Petdeals.

Where a customer is found to be abusing the system by creating multiple accounts for the purposes of utilising promotional coupon codes, Petdeals reserves the right to cancel or disable any accounts and cancel any pending orders containing redeemed coupons. Petdeals will exercise it’s full discretion in such cases and any prepayments made by the customer would be refunded to the original source of payment less any payment gateway fees incurred by Petdeals. Petdeals also reserves the right to not provide any warning to such customers and intimate the customers via email regarding the cancelled orders.

Cancellations
